Save The Date: National Natural Hair Meetup Day
On May 19, 2012 Naturals far and wide are planning to get together (physically and virtually) in the name of kinks and coils. This is my first time hearing about the event but it sounds like it might be cool. The following cities are planning something:
- Huntsville, Alabama
- Indianapolis, Indiana
- Los Angeles, California
- Nashville, Tennessee
- San Diego, California
- Greenville, South Carolina
- Greenville, North Carolina
- Virginia Beach/ Hampton, Virginia (my hometown!)
More cities will be added as the dates gets closer but you can keep abreast of what's going on by checking out the Facebook fan page. I don't see Atlanta on the list but I'm pretty sure it will pop up soon.
