11 months natural
Sometimes I'm still baffled that it's been almost year since I embarked on my natural hair journey. It has definitely been a journey, with many highs and lows but more than anything, it was a self-discovery process. My hair has taught me so much about life and about myself in general, that I couldn't help but wonder where this woman has been for the past 29 years? I encourage each of you to be patient with your hair and with yourself during your journey. There are many lessons to be learned, some more obvious than others. At the end of the day, it is all pays off for the greater you.
