I thought I would share a hair type chart for those who aren't quite familiar with the term. All natural hair has some sort of pattern(s) to it. Because of this, we are able to chart and decipher what our hair types are based on how the strands appear. You may have heard people refer to themselves as "3" or a "4a". The table below gives you a visual depiction of what they are talking about. |
